Dive refresher

If you hold a diving certification but have not been diving for over a year, it is important to undergo a dive refresher session. We want you to be as comfortable as possible with the equipment, techniques, and safety rules to fully enjoy the stunning dive sites in the Amed region. Don’t worry, our refresher session seamlessly integrates into our offered dives and will only enhance your experience. You can embark on your diving adventure in Amed with peace of mind and relaxation.

The dive refresher will consist of two steps:

First, we will begin with a comprehensive briefing to familiarize you once again with the scuba diving equipment. Then, we will conduct some basic exercises together at the beginning of the dive to get you back in the groove. Please don’t hesitate to let your instructor know about any specific areas you find challenging so that we can address them accordingly.

Your refresher session will be tailored to your experience, preferences, and needs, all under the guidance of an instructor.

• Buoyancy control, communication, and use of quick-release valves
